1. Parallel Bi-component Aqua Cotton Series Nonwovens

Due to the different melt index, shrinkage rate and process formula of the bi-component PP,  the product is more cost-effective, highly fluffy, highly breathable, ultra-soft, non-friction and irritating, more skin-friendly and more breathable when compared with traditional super-soft spunbond non-woven fabrics.

② 3D Aqua Cotton Nonwoven

In order to promptly dissipate the hot and humid moisture generated inside the baby when wearing diapers, microfiber hot-air nonwoven fabric technology is used on the market. It can provide better breathability, and effectively relieve the stuffy and humid environment of the baby's butt, greatly reducing the possibility of red butt. At the same time, the bottom film is softer and more friendly to baby's skin. Currently, the hot-air nonwoven fabrics on the market are relatively high-end, but they are carded and laid with short fibers. There are fiber heads, which can easily cause friction and irritation. Dawn-SWT has successfully developed 3D aqua cotton to address this pain point, which not only achieves the feel and texture of hot-air nonwoven fabrics, but also solves the friction and irritation due to its continuous filaments.

2. Sheath-core Bi-component product -Silky Soft Nonwovens

After the development of microfiber hot-air nonwoven fabrics, the processing difficulty of downstream finished diaper products has increased. Dawn-SWT has developed the "New Silky" Sheath-core nonwoven fabric to use with hot-air nonwoven fabrics for the inner waistline to improve the bonding stability of the finished products, ensure the production speed and reduce the cost of downstream hot-air outer waistline manufacturer.
