Hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber (HNBR) of Dawn Special Elastomer Co., ltd is a highly saturated elastomer which is treated by special hydrogenation. Compared with NBR, the molecular structure of HNBR contains a small amount or no carbon-carbon double bonds. It also has better thermal oxygen aging (working at 150℃ for a long time), ozone resistance, radiation resistance, chemically corrosive medium resistance(good resistance to hydrogen sulfide) and good dynamic properties, while maintaining the oil resistance and wear resistance of NBR. It is one of the special rubbers with the excellent comprehensive properties，which has wide-ranging applications in high-end sectors such as automotive manufacturing, oilfield drilling, aerospace, and defense.

The hydrogenated nitrile rubber produced by Dawn Special Elastomer has been maturely applied in many products such as oil exploration gaskets, new energy vehicle motor seals, automotive timing belts, refrigerant-resistant O-rings, and aircraft oil pipes, and the products have been exported to dozens of countries.

The car timing belt made of Dawn HNBR has a service life of 250,000 to 300,000 kilometers, which basically achieves the same life as the engine and solves the problem that the timing belt must be replaced when the car travels 60,000 to 80,000 kilometers.

In terms of new energy vehicles, HNBR produced by Dawn Special Elastomer company has been successfully verified in the field of battery carbon tube dispersants, and new low-cost and high-efficiency catalysts have been successfully developed and been used stably.

DN3408: Excellent heat resistance, suitable for synchronous belts, V-belts, O-rings, gaskets and seals, etc.

DN3418: Standard medium-high nitrile grade, excellent dynamic performance and processing performance, suitable for timing belts, O-rings, gaskets, oil seals and petroleum industry accessories, etc.

DN3428: Standard medium-high nitrile grade, excellent dynamic performance and processing performance, suitable for timing belts, O-rings, gaskets, oil seals and petroleum industry accessories, etc.

DN3448: Standard medium and high acrylonitrile grade, low saturation product. Excellent oil resistance and chemical medium resistance, good heat resistance and excellent dynamic fatigue performance. The product has excellent processing performance and is suitable for timing belts, O-rings, gaskets, oil seals and petroleum industry accessories.
