On the morning of May 28, Zhou Yan, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, and Li Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, conducted a special inspection and scheduling of the technological transformation project at Dawn Polymer Materials Guangdong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dawn Guangdong Company). Relevant leaders from the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau participated in the event. Chen Kaihong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, heads of the Zone's Bureau of Economic, Trade and Science and Technology, and the Zone's Investment Promotion Service Center, and Wu Yawen, General Manager of Dawn Guangdong Company, accompanied the inspection.

In the first-floor lobby of Dawn Guangdong Company, the city's inspection team listened to briefings on Dawn Group, Dawn Polymer, and the Guangdong base. Subsequently, they visited the laboratory, production workshops, and warehouse areas, learning in detail about the company's R&D, production, and product applications. General Manager Wu Yawen reported on the project's capital increase, expansion, technological transformation, and the production plan for this year and raised the difficulties and constraints affecting project progress and enterprise development.

This inspection aims to implement the work arrangements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on the key projects. By visiting the front line, the government can comprehensively grasp the implementation dynamics of key projects, understand the development needs of enterprises, help enterprises solve difficulties, and boost their confidence. In the next step, a regular liaison mechanism will be established to strengthen face-to-face communication between the government and enterprises, effectively improve project progress, and inject new momentum into enterprise transformation and upgrading. The city's inspection team stated, "Dawn is highly capable. We hope it will increase investment in Zhaoqing, and the city will provide a first-class business environment."
