Organic Surface Treatment
R3395 has been organically surface-modified to improve its dispersibility and compatibility with various polymers. This treatment ensures that the TiO2 particles remain stable in the plastic, avoiding aggregation and precipitation, which can lead to color inconsistencies.
Inorganic Single Aluminum Coating
Titanium dioxide R3395 uses an inorganic aluminum coating, which improves the heat resistance, UV resistance, and overall durability of titanium dioxide, ensuring that the masterbatch still performs well in high-temperature environments.
High Whiteness
Titanium dioxide R3395 has excellent whiteness, which ensures that the final product has vibrant colors and excellent hiding power.
High Tcs (Titanium Content)
R3395 has a higher titanium content, which helps improve hiding power and color strength. The higher titanium content also means that less TiO2 is used to achieve the desired hiding effect, which is more economical.
High Dispersion and High-Temperature Resistance
Titanium dioxide R3395 has excellent dispersibility, ensuring uniform distribution of TiO2 in the masterbatch. In addition, its high-temperature resistance makes it suitable for applications with high-temperature requirements, such as automobiles, packaging, and building materials.
