On April 20th, the graduation ceremony of the second Young Cadre Training Class and the opening ceremony of the third Young Cadre Training Class of Dawn Group were held at Dawn Business School. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group and Dean of Dawn Business School, attended the event and gave a lecture. More than 160 people, including members of the leadership team of Dawn Group, heads of various departments, general managers of business units, and heads of human resources and administration, as well as mentors and trainees of the two classes, participated in the event on site. Business units stationed abroad participated simultaneously via video conferencing, all witnessing this important moment in the growth of young talents at Dawn.

At 8:30 a.m., the event kicked off with the singing of "The Song of Dawn". Liu Lili, Vice President of Dawn Group and Deputy Dean of Dawn Business School, led the attendees to watch the activity video of the second Young Cadre Training Class, reviewing the unforgettable moments since its opening. Scenes such as the unity and cooperation during the outward-bound training, the acquisition of knowledge during the special training sessions, the sense of responsibility shown during practical exercises, and the intense debates during the graduation defense were vividly presented, vividly demonstrating the growth and transformation of the young trainees.

Based on the scores of practical projects and daily performance, 10 outstanding trainees and 6 outstanding mentors were selected from the second Young Cadre Training Class. Chairman Yu Xiaoning presented honorary certificates to the outstanding trainees and mentors present on site.

As representatives of outstanding trainees, Yang Xianling, Manager of the PP Injection Molding Department of Dawn Chemical Co., Ltd., and Jiang Lin, Human Resources Manager of Qingdao Haier New Material Development Co., Ltd., respectively reported and shared their practical projects. They shared their practical experience, thoughts, and insights with everyone on dimensions such as project overview, implementation paths, project achievements, existing problems and solutions, future plans, and innovation directions.

The ceremony of awarding graduation certificates brought the event to a climax. The leaders present at the event issued graduation certificates personally signed by Chairman Yu Xiaoning to the trainees of the second Young Cadre Training Class on site and took group photos, inspiring everyone to continue to maintain a fighting attitude in future work and write more wonderful chapters in their positions.

Igniting dreams and carrying on the class ethos, the class flag of the Young Cadre Training Class, which carried the hard work and glory of previous trainees, was solemnly passed from the representatives of the second Young Cadre Training Class to those of the third class. This was not only the passing of the class flag but also the inheritance of responsibility and mission, demonstrating the vigorous strength of the young talent team of Dawn in continuous struggle.

Subsequently, the opening ceremony of the third Young Cadre Training Class officially began with the impressive morale display of the trainees. The leaders present at the event respectively issued admission notices to the trainees on site, and Chairman Yu Xiaoning issued letters of appointment to the mentor team. Vice President Liu Lili introduced in detail the organizational structure of the third Young Cadre Training Class, clarifying the training system and implementation paths.

"Joining the Young Cadre Training Class is an important opportunity to enrich knowledge reserves, accelerate knowledge renewal, optimize the knowledge structure, broaden horizons and thinking, and master work skills," said Wang Chen, Training Supervisor of Dawn Business School, on behalf of all trainees of the third Young Cadre Training Class when speaking. At the end of the event, Chairman Yu Xiaoning gave a lecture titled "Facing the Great Changes of the Century and Standing at the Forefront of the Times — Let Talents and the Enterprise Grow and Succeed Together." Starting from the point that "cadres who possess 'Dao (principle), Fa (method), Shu (tactics), and Qi (tools)' will be invincible," he deeply expounded on the core qualities that young talents should possess. With "seizing the trend, understanding the principles, and optimizing the tactics" as the core, based on the domestic and international situations and anchoring strategic goals, he pointed out the future direction of struggle for young talents. Taking "driving force, growth, and win-win results" as the focus, he shared the growth paths of Dawn and Dawn employees, requiring everyone to establish correct "outlooks on life, values, and worldviews," strive to achieve "four aspects of professionalism," practice "four spirits," and continuously improve "five abilities." With the theme of "determination, steady progress, and far-reaching development," he encouraged young talents to continuously optimize their tactical methods and make steady progress on the track of high-quality development of the enterprise.
