Innovative applications of TPE

TPE for Adhesive Encapsulation

This material has a soft touch and offers a certain degree of slip resistance, enhancing grip performance, making it suitable for the production of various grips, handles, and hand-held parts. It possesses excellent weather resistance, low-temperature flexibility, and tear resistance, making it ideal for applications under harsh conditions.

TPE for Automotive Interior and Exterior

This material offers a soft touch, good chemical resistance, excellent shock absorption, and UV resistance. It can be co-extruded and two-shot injection molded with materials like PP. It is widely used in automotive side steps, interior gaskets, weatherstrips, seals, floor mats, and more.

TPE for Electronics and Electrical

This material can be bonded to various plastics through two-shot injection molding and insert overmolding, offering excellent shock absorption and wear resistance. It is easy to color and can be made into products with rich colors. It is commonly used in watches, wristbands, connectors, shock-absorbing gaskets, sealing gaskets, cable sheaths, and more.

Food-Grade TPE

This material offers excellent environmental performance and can be in direct contact with pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and other products without causing any adverse effects. It has good sealing properties and is used in bottle liners, infusion tubes, tourniquets, and more.

TPE for Daily Necessities

This material can be directly injection molded or two-shot injection molded with other plastics. It features excellent softness, good elasticity, and a smooth touch. It is used in products such as folding basins, buckets, toothbrushes, furniture foot protectors, and gas masks.

Toughened TPE

This material has excellent toughness and can be blended with materials like PP and PS. It helps improve the toughness and low-temperature performance of plastic materials and is used in applications such as filter press plates.

TPE for Building Seal

This material has excellent weather resistance, minimal compression set, and good elasticity. It is used in door and window seals.

TPE for Industrial Equipment

This material offers good low-temperature performance and excellent mechanical strength, making it suitable for use in equipment gaskets.
