On October 30th, Dawn Group's invested enterprise, Hebei Chengde Tianfu Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., held its opening ceremony, coinciding with the launch of a new project with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of titanium concentrate. This marks a significant extension of Dawn's titanium industry chain, which is strategically important for expanding market share and promoting chain development. Leaders from Chengde County and Gaositai Town, along with Li Xinyu, Chairman of Hebei Xinyu Metallurgy Group, and Xiao Hui, Executive Vice President of Dawn Group, attended the event. 

In December 2023, the signing ceremony of the Chengde Tianfu Titanium Industry Cooperation Project was held in Longkou, Yantai, Shandong. Tianfu Titanium Industry, formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dawn Group,  partnered with excellent collaborators through equity transfer to enhance market competitiveness, which would help to optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk management and control, and build the core competitiveness of the company.

Extremely rich in titanium resources, the Chengde area is the second largest titanium industry base in China. Relying on its resource advantages, the Tianfu Titanium Industry has been deeply involved in the smelting and processing of titanium ore and owned a profound technological accumulation and market foundation. “The launch of the new project is an important milestone in the development history of the Tianfu Titanium Industry, which means that it has completely established a titanium concentrate production chain integrating the four series of tailings processing, wet magnetic separation, dry magnetic separation and flotation.
