Properties & Applications of Dawn Titanium Dioxide(TIO2)
- R-2195 is a general-purpose titanium dioxide coated with silicon and aluminum. It has a slightly yellowish undertone and relatively balanced pigment properties, making it suitable for most paint and ink applications.
- R-2295 is a mid-to-high-end general-purpose titanium dioxide, featuring high whiteness, high gloss, and easy dispersibility. It is used in industries such as coatings, profiles, and masterbatches.
- R-2395 is a high weather-resistant titanium dioxide, using unique hydrolysis particle size control and dense silica coating technologies. It offers excellent durability and gloss retention. Its main applications include matte coatings, coil coatings, and powder coatings.
- R-2595 is a titanium dioxide specially developed for the decorative paper industry. In the field of laminated paper with high titanium dioxide content using melamine as the impregnating resin, it can still provide excellent anti-greying properties under strong ultraviolet light environment, and its unique surface coating design provides the retention rate left over in the papermaking process.
- R-3195 is a general-purpose titanium dioxide for plastics, offering high hiding power, excellent hydrophobicity, and low VOC emissions.
- R-3395 is a titanium dioxide specifically for masterbatch applications, featuring superior blue undertone and dispersibility. It performs exceptionally well in film and sheet industries, with excellent flowability and compatibility.
- R-5195 has outstanding hiding power and whiteness, mainly used in latex paints and gravure printing inks.
- R-5395 is a titanium dioxide specifically for inks, characterized by high hiding power and low abrasiveness.
