Dawn Showcases Green, Low-Carbon High-End New Material Solutions at CHINAPLAS 2025
On April 15th, CHINAPLAS 2025-the 37th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries grandly opened at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). The booth of Dawn Group (17M71) centrally displayed new technologies, new processes, and new products in the fields of "one circle and three chains", focusing on green, low-carbon, and high-end development, and working with customers to shape a sustainable future. Yu Xiaoning, the Chairman and President of the Group, attended the event and guided the exhibition work.
With the theme of "Green + Intelligent", this exhibition focused on the circular economy, digital innovation, high-end materials, and intelligent manufacturing, aiming to promote the transformation and upgrading of the rubber and plastics industry. It's worth noting that among over 4,500 global exhibitors, there were more than 980 "specialized and sophisticated enterprises that produce new and unique products" exhibitors, including 260 national-level "little giant" enterprises, fully demonstrating the extraordinary charm of "High-end Technology, Made in China".
As an original private enterprise, for more than 30 years, Dawn Group has always adhered to the business philosophy of "Product based, people oriented, science and technology led, customers prioritized". It has deeply cultivated the industry chain, product chain, and enterprise chain, forming four major advantages in scientific research, industry, park, and talent. Focusing on the R & D, polymerization, production, sales, and application of chemical new materials, it has been listed among the top 500 private enterprises in China for consecutive years, owns many "specialized and sophisticated enterprises that produce new and unique products" enterprises, and several of its core products have entered the world competition stage.
Taking this exhibition as an opportunity, Dawn Group aims to further "build seven high-end aspects and solidify four cores". On the morning of the opening day, Chairman Yu Xiaoning led a team to visit the headquarters of Mindray Medical in Shenzhen. Yu Zhengyu, the assistant to the President of Dawn Group, and the heads of relevant functional departments and business units participated in the event. The two sides held discussions on the domestic substitution of core materials for medical devices, reached a preliminary consensus on establishing a technical collaborative innovation mechanism, and agreed that their technical teams would regularly discuss and communicate to deepen strategic cooperation.
Over the years, Dawn Group has accelerated the construction of "modern management, scientific and technological industrialization, and international marketization", and has now developed into a modern enterprise group integrating science, industry, trade, logistics, and finance. At this exhibition, Dawn Group focused on the one-stop service ecosystem for the chemical and plastic industry, showcasing new achievements in the polymer new materials industry chain, the titanium industry chain, and the chemical equipment industry chain. As Chairman Yu Xiaoning said in his mobilization speech, "We should be good at discovering and researching new materials, new technologies, and new equipment to provide customers with green, low-carbon, and high-end new material solutions."
Among the visitors on the first day, there were Party committees and governments, professional institutions, domestic central enterprises, large-scale private enterprises, as well as well-known overseas enterprises from more than 10 countries. Shandong Dawn Polymer Co., Ltd. launched the domestic substitution plan for automotive new materials such as thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) with its core customers, and exchanged views on cutting-edge technologies such as the new-generation tire gas barrier layer material (DVA) and bionic skin for humanoid robots. Shandong Dawn Mould Plastic Co., Ltd. and Grammer Shanghai Co., Ltd. explored the deepening of strategic cooperation from materials, molds to products. Two Indian employees of the International Trade Company brought newly-developed customers, all demonstrating Dawn's leading position in the industry.
The first day of the exhibition was a great success, and the grand event is still ongoing. On April 16th, Dawn will hold special reports at the exhibition site on topics such as Dawn's green and low-carbon PCR materials and applications, Dawn's wire and cable materials and applications, high-end copolyester PCTG and its applications, the development and applications of new bio-based polyester materials, Ultramarine: Opening a New Era of Color, Anti-carbon-deposition Adjustable Resistance PS/PC and the Application Practice of CCD Zero-defect Carrier Tape Materials. We look forward to your visit to Dawn Group's booth (17M71). Let's work together to explore innovation and sustainable development.
